However, I had fixed the problems and found a pattern of just really simple connecting and disconnecting to resolve my sound issues and that was fine. I have had Bluetooth adapter driver before as this was a DIY build.
I'm using the Techkey Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter The interesting thing is that if I disable Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth (from my motherboard) the Generic Bluetooth Adapter's error goes away but then the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth gets the error instead. Troubleshoot just uninstalls and reinstalls the device in my device manager (labeled as Generic Bluetooth Adapter, I think it use to be labeled as something else) with no success either.

I've uninstalled every update I've done yesterday, still, no success then updated all Bluetooth/audio drivers on my computer (as well as my chipset, bios, gpu etc.) still with no success. Yesterday I downloaded the latest windows update as well as some security updates, afterward my Bluetooth adapter labeled as "Bluetooth Radio" in my Bluetooth and other devices settings states it has a "driver error" code 31 (This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.)
